EcoVadis Consultancy Activities Basic
1. Online interactions with ESG, HR and QA team to gain understanding of Company’s operational processes, supply chain, services, product lifecycle etc.
2. EcoVadis Awareness Training in 2 to 3 sessions (2 hours each) HODs of Operations, Sales & Service, Logistics, HR, QA, Procurement, EHS, Compliance and ESG Team
3. Analysis of Rejected Questions and Improvement Areas given in Previous Assessments
4. Gap analysis on different policies required and available (Around 25 Policies will be required)
5. Review and refine existing policies/ SOPs and drafting new policies/ SOPs required for EcoVadis compliance
